Delivery & Shipping Information

Hey there, beautiful! 💖 We're excited to deliver your selected products to you with the utmost care. Before placing your order, please review our delivery and shipping policy to ensure everything is crystal clear!

Shipping Details You Should Know:

  • We partner with Delhivery for domestic deliveries across India.
  • Free shipping within India on all orders!

When Will You Receive Your Order?

  • We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day.
  • Delivery across India usually takes 5-7 business days from dispatch.

However, delays can occur if:

  • There’s an incorrect address, pin code, or phone number or any critical issues faced by the shipping partner.

In such cases, we’ll reach out and keep you updated, but it may take a few extra days for dispatch.

Important Notes:

  • During festivals, adverse weather, natural calamities, or political events, shipping may be delayed.
  • While we do our absolute best to ensure prompt delivery, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during such events.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange a product, please read our policy carefully. If eligible, we’re happy to assist you.

General Conditions

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 6 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased during the sale or by applying a coupon code are eligible for exchange but not for returns.
  • To cancel an order, email hello@wingithair.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • A valid reason must be provided for return/exchange.
  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 6 days of delivery.
  • The exchange or return of the product will not be accepted in case the product's MRP tag is removed.
  • Our refund and exchange policy allows for a one-time return or exchange per product.
  • For Return-related queries, please allow us 24 Hours to revert.

Refund & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit by default of the purchase value without any deductions.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases or gifting and will be sent via email.
  • If a bank refund is wanted, it has to be mentioned in the return request email.
  • The refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 12-15 days after we receive the product and complete the quality check.

Return Process

1. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to hello@wingithair.com with the following details:

  • Order ID & Contact number
  • Unboxing video of the product (The return video must be recorded in one go, without cuts)
  • Reason for return/exchange with a brief explanation of the concern

2. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

Important Guidelines

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered (cut, colored, chemically treated, etc.) and tags still attached.
  • Curly/Wavy extensions must not be brushed to maintain their original style.
  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing products.
  • Mention your order number & contact number on the return package.

Delivery Delays

During festivals, sales, adverse weather, or political disturbances, delivery may take up to 20 days. These delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
