At Wing-it, we want every order to reach the right customer smoothly and without delays. To ensure genuine confirmations and reliable deliveries, Cash on Delivery orders require a small partial advance of ₹99.

This is not an extra fee. The ₹99 is adjusted against your total order value, and you simply pay the remaining balance when your order arrives.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Products
Browse and add your desired items to the cart.

2. Select Cash on Delivery at Checkout
When you choose COD, you will be prompted to pay a ₹99 partial advance.

3. Pay ₹99 to Confirm Your Order
This amount is deducted from your total order value.

4. Order Processing & Shipping
Once the advance is paid, your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

5. Pay the Balance on Delivery
At delivery, you simply pay the remaining amount to the courier partner.

 

Important Points to Note

• The ₹99 advance is adjusted against your total order value. It is not an additional charge.

If a COD order is refused, cancelled after shipping, or not accepted at delivery, the ₹99 advance becomes non-refundable.

• If we are unable to fulfill your order (for example, due to stock issues), the ₹99 will be fully refunded.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
